Returns and Exchange

Fashion2Footwear is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

How To Initiate The Exchange Process For Domestic and International:

  1. Customers should contact Fashion2Footwear customer support on 45521004 or write to  [email protected] within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
    2. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from Fashion2Footwear about the same.
    3. All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused.
    4. Provide the invoice/guarantee card into the package for the return process. Without the above, returns will not be processed.
  2. Customer will have to courier the product and pay courier charges.
    NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

7- Days Return Policy For Domestic and International:

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the exchange.

Return Process:

Note – We will accept the return of only defective product.

Domestic Order – Customer will have to courier the product and pay courier charges.

International Order – Customer will have to courier the product and pay courier charges.

Exchange:

Almost every returnable product can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
